    So no offense but that advise isn't for everyone since we're all different. I'm still leaning out with 2 servings of overnight oats with protein powder a week sometimes 3 servings. Again, we're all different & people need to be aware of that, what you just said & what I said, none of that is written in stone.

    I was a vegan for almost 20 years and just started to really have issues with insulin resistance and carb sensitivity. It’s very hard to limit carbs on that lifestyle. I’ve been following your recommendations for about a month now and can’t believe how much I’m changing. At first I was like a bear eating a salmon out of a stream, face-planting into the meat. I’m still adjusting, but joined the summer challenge and am excited to see where this takes me.

    im sorry, but this is total nonsens without talking about running intensity. if you run in zone 3 or 4 all the time, you mostly burn calories instead of fat, and therefor walking might be better. but if you run at a slow MAF/zone 2 pace, witch is the most optimal pace for burning fat i can guarantee someone running at MAF pace for an hour gonna burn significantly more fat than someone that is out for a walk for an hour. that said if someone have a hard time even thinking about the word running, walking is ofc way better then not doing anything, and you are right for people that dont have much time its much easier to get out for a little walk 5-10 min during the day

    Losing weight is about calories in and calories out. Telling people to eat “healthy” calorie dense foods doesn’t help them. I’m not trying to recomp my body. I’m trying to lose weight. After I get to a weight I’m happy with, I will work on building muscle. The cut comes first.

      Not always true, I have done omad paleo for 35+ years (It started as food scarcity as a child and that's just how I was trained to eat) about a year and a half ago I doubled my calories which consisted mostly of fat and protein and my body finally started to release the 20 lb that It has been carrying most of my life. Most people are over eaters but many people especially women are chronic undereaters yet can still be overweight. I track my calories to make sure I get in enough. It's a struggle, I have to force myself to eat everyday but if I want to lose weight I have to eat much more than I was.

      @@tammiehammett5054 The eat more to lose is a myth. Follow Eric Robert’s or Dr. Layne Norton. If reducing calories is not the mechanism to lose weight, show me the study that indicates it’s something else. You can’t because it doesn’t exist. If I want to lose a pound a week, I need to expend 3500 more calories for the week than I eat. That’s 500 calories a day. If I need to be at 1250 a day to get to the 3500 for the week, I can’t do that by eating 2500 calories of “healthy” food. I will have to figure out what to eat to stay at 1250 a day.

    LMNT tasted really good but it gave me a terrible stomach ache. I was in denial at first but it just got worse and worse the longer I drank it. I tried watering it down more but it didn’t help. Now I have a bunch of expensive element and can’t drink it without getting sick.🙁

    I recommend Acerola Powder as a natural Vitamin C supplement that has the entire complex. It helps better for gum problems for example. Ascorbic acid might deplete the Co-Factors of Vitamin C such as Copper.

      I am not a nutritionist obviously but I use one gram of protein per pound of desired body weight. I usually don't hit that goal but it is something to strive for.

    Sorry i know this question is about the 10k steps for 30 days. So my first day of 10,000 steps for 30 days. It ok to not be able to do it on first day right I did 6,368 steps today on my treadmill. Is it ok if I can't get 10,000 everyday? I would like to know so I know I'm still doing right. Thank you.     I add Himalayan pink salt to my water and lemon for hydration after having a hangover. Basically, home-made Gatorade.

    I’m very happy with results, was making yesterday. I used only cheese cloth ( but double layer) to separate whey and wow, love this technique. No more runny yogurt 🤩

    Watching all of your videos (including the intermittent fasting) has helped me lose 14pounds this year! Your healthy eating and drinks that you suggest has made this journey so much easier for me! What I have gotten out of this is that healthy eating can be easy! Thank you for your videos!
